It all started one Thursday night on a gift expedition. After a long day in the sun running Beneficial Gardens, I went down to my shopping center. Firstly doing several laps to find a car park. Then walk my kilometer in the dark to get to the burning lights, of my temple, the shopping center.
When I stepped through the tall glass doors into the bright lights of the shops. I had a sudden realization I was here 2 weeks ago. For late night shopping. Trying to find a gift for Mothers' day. After my little flashback, I started out again, searching for that gift.
I had spent the last 2 hours of my life and it was almost 9 pm with no results. Shopping for this gift was becoming a burden. I can say the problem was, when I thought I had found a gift it would either be way over my budget or it just didn't seem right for the person the gift was for.
I just wanted to just sit down and rest my feet. Even soiled shopping center couch was looking inviting. Then I had a thought, maybe there is a local gift company I could purchase a wrapped up gift and have it delivered tomorrow with a nice card, then I can rest and sleep knowing it was done.
So I search the net while sitting on the edge of the dirty couch, only to find florist shops with only perishable for sale, which at the time was not what I was needing because my father, who liked flowers but the type of flower that was in dirt and in the ground.
I realized there was a need for quality gift at a reasonable price and looking around me at the shopping center there was only big brand with generic choices of giftware what about all the quirky cool stuff which is hand made by local Perth People.
And so Kiss Kiss Love Gifts started to formulate in my mind.
We all bye gifts, and sometimes we could do with a break and just be able to order a nice gift from home and know it will be delivered to the door wrapped up and ready for the recipient or to the gift giver to give.
